Janiece Montes is the owner of Janieces Purse Collection and the founder of the Black Owned Business Expo.  We discuss Janieces love for connecting small Black and Brown-owned businesses to the larger community. We also talk about the importance of representation within the business community and how the small pop-ups she organizes help to educate up-and-coming business owners.
